1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

                             Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect

                             The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery

                             Products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Ecowhiz reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

                             Custom-printed, branded, or made-to-order packaging

                             Bulk or wholesale orders unless defective

                             Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery

                             Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

 

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

                             Order number

                             Clear images or videos showing the issue

                             Description of the problem

Failure to report within the stated timeframe may result in rejection of the request.

4. Return Approval & Process

                             Once approved, return instructions will be provided

                             Items must be returned to their original condition and packaging

                             Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

 

Ecowhiz is not responsible for items returned without prior approval.

 

5. Refunds

                             Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

                             Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

                             Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an Ecowhiz error

6. Cancellations

                             Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

                             Once an order is shipped or production has started (for custom items), cancellation is not permitted
