• Items received are damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
Ecowhiz reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom-printed, branded, or made-to-order packaging
• Bulk or wholesale orders unless defective
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling after delivery
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
• Order number
• Clear images or videos showing the issue
• Description of the problem
